Zach has over a decade of experience in the certification, licensure, and educational testing industry. He has assisted many different organizations in the development of examinations for a variety of professional fields including real estate, allied health, public health, nursing, entertainment, plumbing, electrical, wastewater, and agriculture. He is well versed in the examination development process and the creation of examinations that meet multiple accreditation standards through experienced leadership of subject matter expert groups and application of appropriate measurement methodologies. Zach received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biomedical Sciences and his Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University in Springfield Missouri.
