Tracy is responsible for Pearson VUE’s professional program management team, the group responsible for principal communication between our clients and the company in order to ensure client satisfaction. Besides ensuring day-today operational excellence, Tracy’s team is responsible for developing and updating program documentation, including project plans, scopes of work, and business rules. Tracy makes certain that internal departments fulfill commitments and maintain the company’s service level agreements relative to timelines, quality standards, and budget. In addition, she has spent more than 15 years working in healthcare-related industries. Prior to joining Pearson VUE in 2007, she served as a health improvement project manager for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and as a senior quality program analyst for Medica. Tracy holds a bachelor’s in psychology from Minnesota State University.
