Dr. Steven Hirsch serves as a senior psychometrician, providing consultation and leadership to our clients on developing and maintaining content-valid and reliable examination programs. Dr. Hirsch conducts job analysis studies, calculates examination blueprints, and facilitates standard setting activities. He also prepares project reports, counsels clients on certification-related topics, and assists clients in achieving and maintaining third party accreditation. He is a highly trained and talented facilitator of examination-related activities with psychometric and test development experience in the certification and licensure industry. Steven received his PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University.
