Stephanie is currently the Director of Test Development at Ascend Learning. She has held that position for the last 4 years. Her team is actively using AI to assist the item writing process. Before that, Stephanie was the Director of Science Content at ACT, Inc. She was part of that organization for over 13 years. There she delved deeply into performance assessment and transitioned her team from artisanal item development to item development at scale.
