Siamak Tenzif is a seasoned leader in Information Management with extensive experience in epidemiology, research, analytics, performance measurement, and policy development. He holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the University of Toronto.

Siamak has held prominent positions at leading teaching hospitals and various ministries in Ontario, managing high-profile portfolios in data analytics, decision support, and health information management. Currently, he is the Manager of Data and Reporting at the Education Quality and Accountability Office, where he oversees data collection, management, and reporting for province-wide educational assessments. Recently, Siamak and his colleagues at EQAO were awarded the 2024 Best Practitioner of the Year (Team) by the International e-Assessment Association.
