
Shelby Williamson, MBA, ICE-CCP, is a credentialing professional currently serving as the Competency Assessment Program Manager for the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). In her role, she oversees examination content development and facilitates meetings to drive quality standards. With eight years in the credentialing field, Shelby has managed all phases of exam development, from job analysis through form publication, and has guided committees and task forces to support each certification program she has been a part of, including launch of a new certification program.
Shelby's experience includes maintaining certification accreditation per NCCA standards, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring exam compliance with industry best practices. She is actively involved with the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.), serving on both the Nominating and R&D Fundraising Committees, and was a part of the 2021-2022 ICE Leadership Development Cohort. Shelby previously served as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the US Registry of Exercise Professionals (USREPs), advocating for the certification and representation of exercise professionals.
Shelby holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas, an MBA from Louisiana State University – Shreveport, and achieved the I.C.E.’s Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP) in 2022.
