Sandy Foderick is an exam design manager for Caveon, LLC and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, working with the Hybrid IT platform. She is part of the team that developed award-winning practical hands-on exams and has broad experience with novel item types that enhance security.

Previous to her work with technology certifications, Sandy was psychometric lead for EDMC and chair of the university’s Institutional Review Board for the Protection of Human Subjects. She has designed, created, and audited licensure and certification exams for multiple technology, education, and health-related organizations.
