Russ Stroud is the Senior Director of Exam Operations at the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). In his role, he oversees the exam program and project management, SME volunteer recruitment, and exam administration teams including exam accommodations and NCCPA’s contractual obligations for exam delivery services. Russ has over 20 years of experience in program and operations management, financial analysis, and reporting. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, Juris Doctor from Georgia State University, and is an active member of the Georgia Bar.
