Rose Hastings is the Head of Test Security Operations for the Duolingo English Test, where she has worked for the past 4 years. She has 20 years of experience in operations and management, 10 of which have been in the assessment/tech field, and has extensive expertise in building and scaling global teams and operational processes. She also has significant international experience (15 years outside of the U.S.) living and working in Hong Kong, Japan, Luxembourg, and Norway, and is always excited to collaborate with cross-cultural teams. She has a B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
