Currently the CTO at the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), she specializes in driving digital transformation and business growth through thoughtful adoption of innovative technology. With expertise in software engineering, e-learning platforms, enterprise architecture, and IT leadership, Rebecca has led initiatives that generated multi-million-dollar revenues, automated processes and streamlined operations.

Rebecca holds degrees in Computer Science, Business Administration, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is also a part-time therapist and a mentor to aspiring technology professionals, blending technical expertise with leadership development.
