As Chief Credentialing Officer, Pamela oversees psychometrics, exam development, and accreditation for AANPCB. Pamela engages in thought leadership and industry engagement through annual conference presentations and committee service. In addition to 12 years of experience in high stakes professional credentialing, Pamela served as an ANAB Psychometric Assessor for the ISO 17024 standard for three years and currently serves as a Psychometric Reviewer for the ABSNC.
