Nikole Gregg, PhD, is a Psychometrician at the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is responsible for completing psychometric activities including scoring, equating, standard setting, and test assembly for their certification, re-certification, and medical specialty examinations. She has years of psychometric experience across a variety of testing programs, including K-12 state assessment, admissions testing, and credentialing. She is an active member within the psychometric and assessment-related community, where she has shared her research at national and international conferences. Dr. Gregg holds a PhD in Assessment and Measurement and a MA in Quantitative Psychology from James Madison University.
