Nemanja specializes in facilitating the spectrum of test development workshops such as domain analysis, item development, and standard settings. In his current role as a Psychometric Associate at Alpine, he also provides psychometric services to clients by interpreting statistical analysis and compiling technical reports. Nemanja has an MA in Industrial and Organizational psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago. He is passionate about sharing his personal experience in the assessment industry and disseminating best practices to those new to exam development.
