Nadine LeBarron McBride, PhD is the Director of Psychometrics and Data Analytics at the National Registry of EMTs where she oversees all psychometric operations for the certification of the nation's emergency medical service providers. Nadine has over 20 years of experience working across both certification and K-12 testing programs. Dr. McBride earned her MS and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech.
