Morgan Blisard, Ph.D., is the Director of the Office of Disability Policy at Educational Testing Service (ETS), where she oversees the development and implementation of policies for test takers with disabilities requesting accommodations for the GRE, TOEFL, and Praxis standardized assessments. Since joining ETS in 2014 as a Disability Policy Specialist, Morgan has advanced to the role of Assistant Director before taking on her current leadership position.

Before her tenure at ETS, Morgan gained valuable experience as a vocational rehabilitation counselor, where she conducted comprehensive vocational evaluations, facilitated work readiness training, and provided job development and career counseling for adults with disabilities. Her earlier experiences also include directing accommodation policies and procedures on college campuses, ensuring equitable access for students and employees with disabilities.

Morgan is passionate about enhancing accessibility and inclusion within standardized testing environments, striving to create opportunities for all.
