With extensive experience in high-stakes exam development, scoring, and validation, Michelle has contributed research on these topics to both academic and industry forums. Michelle has held roles as an Adjunct Professor at UBC and a Research Psychometrician at Paragon and now leads the Psychometric Team at Prometric, focusing on the company’s language assessment portfolio.
