Dr. Laura Johnson (she/her) is a Senior R&D Analyst at SIGMA Assessment Systems, which provides talent assessments, succession planning, executive coaching, and consulting services to help organizations hire and develop strong performers. As the team’s analytical detective and assessment specialist, she delivers data-driven insights to help develop and enhance SIGMA’s assessment offerings. She holds a PhD in Personality & Measurement Psychology from The University of Western Ontario (Canada). Outside of SIGMA, her scholarly research focuses on the measurement of personality traits linked to prosocial and antisocial behaviors, as well as mindfulness.
