Dr. Kelly Dages is a Psychometric Consultant, Talent Selection at Multi Health Systems Inc (MHS). She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University. She has over 20 years of experience with assessment development, research methodology, and program evaluation. She conducts research and development of personnel selection assessments and demonstrates the impact of employee assessment programs on key business and performance metrics.
