Kara Gwaltney is Director, Exam Security at the Association of American Medical Colleges where she leads programs to protect the integrity and validity of the MCAT and PREview exams for med school admissions. Kara is a strong advocate for fostering a culture of trust and transparency and sharing best practices that support and protect both institutions and examinees.

Her passion for exam security stems from a belief that assessments are a gateway to opportunities for all learners. An added bonus is her extensive experience decoding Easter eggs as a Taylor Swift fan.
