Josh Goodman is Vice President of Research and Exam Programs at the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He oversees exam development, psychometrics, and exam operations teams within the organization. Josh has over 15 years of experience in psychometrics and exam development. He is an active member of the psychometric and assessment community, presenting research findings and perspectives on measurement at national and international conferences. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and Anthropology from the University of Delaware and Master and Doctorate degrees in educational measurement from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
