
Jessica M. Anderson, ICE-CCP, has been helping organizations and individuals in the licensure and certification industry to better understand their businesses, industries, and workplaces for 15 years. In her current role at Data Recognition Corporation, Ms. Anderson is responsible for coordinating and facilitating content development activities for licensure and certification programs and their assessments along all phases of the test development lifecycle. She blends her experience with high-stakes credentialing programs and knowledge of industry standards and research to develop customized and applicable solutions for credentialing programs. Ms. Anderson completed PhD-level coursework in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the City University of New York Graduate Center and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls.
