Jennifer Hove, PhD is the Director of Data & Reporting at the Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO), Ontario Canada's large-scale assessment agency. She has extensive expertise leading high-performing data, psychometric and research teams, driving digital transformation, and producing actionable insights for the educator sector. Jennifer and her colleagues at EQAO were recently awarded as 2024 Best Practitioner of the Year (Team) by the International e-Assessment Association.
