Jamie is an attorney-at-law in the United States and a solicitor in the United Kingdom. In addition to having practiced law for over fifteen years, Jamie is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and holds the following IAPP certifications: Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP); CIPP/E (Europe); CIPP/US (United States); CIPP/C (Canada); CIPM (Privacy Management); and CIPT (Privacy Technologist). Jamie is an active member of the ATP International Privacy Subcommittee and has been a key contributor to many ATP bulletins and publications. Prior to working in the testing industry as in-house counsel, Jamie was a lawyer in private practice for several years.
