Frank Williams, PhD, joined PSI in 2021. As a Director of Psychometric Services, Frank assists other Psychometricians with managing projects to ensure deliverables are completed according to quality standards and project timelines. In addition, he assists in test development to ensure forms are aligned with exam content outlines and statistical specifications are met for measurement equivalence. Frank earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Morehouse College, a Master’s degree in Secondary Math Education from New York University, a Master’s in Psychology from Fordham University, and a PhD in Psychometrics/Quantitative Psychology, also from Fordham University. He is a proven and dedicated contributor to the Psychometrics Services team.
