Faisel Alam
Manager, Office of Test Security
Law School Admission Council

Faisel Alam is the manager of test security at the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). He attended the University of Maryland and learned firsthand how tests could be easily compromised when he came across his fraternity’s “library.” Little did he know how important that experience would serve him later in life. First cutting his chops as a premier tutor at The Princeton Review and later as a ghost writer for Cracking the SAT, Faisel worked in the test preparation industry helping test takers of all backgrounds strategize and reach their potential on standardized tests. In 2009, Faisel switched teams and joined LSAC to launch their test center training program and evolve test security initiatives. Since then, he has served on numerous panels on industry security practices and delivered keynotes at multiple testing conferences.
