
Mr. Lloyd has more than six years of experience in the assessment industry. In his current role, he is responsible for providing psychometric expertise and services to multiple clients in the licensure and certification markets. Prior to joining DRC, Mr. Lloyd worked at the National Center for Competency Testing, developing certification examinations for entry-level allied health positions (e.g., medical assistants, phlebotomy technicians, surgical technologists, etc.). He also worked at PSI Services providing psychometric services for clients in the certification space. Mr. Lloyd holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and B.S. in Psychology. He has completed the required coursework for a Ph.D. in Business Psychology and is working towards completing his dissertation.
