Donna has over 35 years of executive and senior management experience with some of the largest testing companies in the world. She is experienced in leading and transforming large test development teams, managing complex change, consulting to provide innovative assessment strategies and implementation plans, and guiding the development and adoption new technologies including automatic item generation and customized content management systems. Through her guidance she has been instrumental generating dramatic shifts in test development and specifically item development practices.
