Cierra Everette, M.S. is an Assessment Research Associate at the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT). In her 8 years at FSBPT, Cierra has been an active member of the security team by providing post examination administration security processing for withheld candidates, internet monitoring for potential security breaches, review of test center videos, security reporting, sanction tracking, and exam related communication with candidates. In addition to her security responsibilities, Cierra also uses her master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology to contribute to other key components of exam development for the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) such as ensuring test item fairness and facilitating meetings for FSBPT’s subject matter experts.
