Cicek Svensson is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with over seventeen years of experience in the assessment industry. Before moving to the U.S., she worked for Sweden's largest test publisher, creating assessments for global markets and adapting tests for the Nordic region. After relocating, she led business development and marketing for a UK-based company in North America, specializing in assessment quality control. Cicek has since worked with various assessment companies, driving brand awareness and strategic growth. Currently at Caveon, she manages strategic partnerships and serves as a technology account manager. Her international experience spans Europe, the U.S., and the Baltic region, and she is multilingual, having lived and worked in Sweden, Turkey, and the U.S.
