Dr. Christine Mills is the Senior Director of Assessment Sciences and Research at Ascend Learning. Dr. Mills has worked in the field of psychometrics for K12, college admissions and healthcare assessment programs for over 20 years. She is passionate about implementing modern test designs that meet client’s needs efficiently and effectively. She has presented work on test designs in nursing education, practice analysis studies, accessibility in test design, device comparability, and transitioning assessment programs to computer adaptive delivery.
