Changhua serves as lead on ACT international programs including key international products and initiatives. Working collaboratively with the ACT global and regional partners, and the ACT internal teams, Changhua intends to bring innovation in ACT holistic education and assessment program to international students and teachers. Changhua has over 20 years of experience in international education and assessment.  Dr. Rich has served as board member for Asia ATP since 2016.
