
Caroline Mew is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Perkins Coie LLP who has
been working with clients in the testing industry for over 20 years. Caroline advises testing
clients on a range of issues including testing accommodations and test security. She assists
testing clients in responding to state and federal agency complaints and investigations, and she
represents testing clients in arbitration and in state and federal court when disputes arise relating
to arbitration agreements, consumer rights issues, copyright infringement, testing
accommodations, test security, and other matters. Caroline is also Chair of her office’s pro bono
