Bob Mahlman serves as Director of Certification & Credentialing for the CCO, responsible for the development and maintenance of written and performance assessments for operators of load handling equipment and related personnel. Bob received his master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology with a minor in quantitative psychology from The Ohio State University. He received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2015, and the ICE Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP) certification in 2021. He served on the ANAB Personnel Certification Accreditation Committee (PCAC) from 2010-2018, and currently serves as Chair of the ANAB Certificate Accreditation Program Accreditation Committee (CAPAC). Bob is a member of the Performance Testing Council Board of Directors.
