He also helps existing Pearson VUE clients to grow their programs, enhance customer satisfaction and implement new testing services. A seasoned business development professional, Bob has spent the past seven years engaging Fortune 1000 companies in search of high-quality, secure, and reliable assessment tools. His systems knowledge includes computer-based testing (CBT) and web- and paper-based data collection. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
