Blair is an accomplished test development practitioner who has assisted in the development of hundreds of exams through leading domain analysis, item development and standard setting workshops. Blair is able to leverage his expertise in exam development and technology to contribute to the development and direction of Alpine Testing Solutions technology services. Blair earned a Master’s of Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University in 1999 and has worked as a change management consultant.
