Dr. Ashley Norris serves as Meazure Learning’s SVP of Strategic Growth Initiatives and Compliance. Ashley joined Meazure Learning (ProctorU) in 2018 as the Chief Academic and Compliance Officer overseeing academic initiatives and policy development. During her tenure, Ashley has been a key client facing leader supporting testing programs and Institutions in areas of compliance, data privacy, and test security. Prior to Meazure, Ashley spent nearly 15 years in higher education as both a faculty member and administrator across major institutions including the University of Alabama and Samford University. Serving as the Dean of Programmatic Accreditation and Regulatory Affairs at the University of Phoenix, Ashley became a thought leader on ethics and integrity in education and continued that work at Meazure Learning.

Ashley holds a Doctorate and Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Alabama and a Bachelors in Psychology and Corporate Communications from Southern Methodist University.
