Ashlee Griffin is the Director of Membership, Certification & Accreditation for SCCE, HCCA & CCB, a non-profit organization focused on the education, support and certification of Compliance Professionals. With over a decade of experience focused in the area of Certification & Accreditation she is responsible for strategic initiatives and operations ensuring integrity, security and alignment within generally accepted psychometric and nationally accepted standards and principles within the field. She holds the ICE-CCP. She manages and leads a team of 18 providing oversight across all areas including association trends, customer service, membership/certification retention, internal certification exam development, delivery, committees (SMEs), and association governance.
