With over thirty years of progressive IT leadership experience, Andy Farella joined the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) in November 2018 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Andy's team provides agile applications capability and technology infrastructure services that deliver NBME products, enable innovation, and empower staff.

He founded the Board Information Technology Leader Network (BITLNet) and serves as Vice Program Chair for the Association of Test Publishers (ATP) conference, Innovations in Testing. Andy also co-chairs the ATP CTO Council.
