Andrew Wiley, Ph.D. is a Partner at ACS Ventures. Drew has more than two decades of experience designing, evaluating, and working with education and professional credentialing programs including certification, licensure, and assessment-based certificates. He specializes in activities such as standard setting and practice analysis and working with programs to create custom solutions to address the unique nature of their programs. He received his Ph.D. as well as his Master of Arts in Psychometrics from Fordham University. Drew has led and served on a variety of volunteer committees within the assessment industry. His activities have included serving as board chair for the Association of Test Publishers, a program co-chair for NCME and is now serving as a Psychometric Commissioner for the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
