Amy McKee is the Director of Private Sector Talent Management and Credentialing for the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO), a nonprofit well regarded as being the premier research and consulting firm for workforce and educational assessment. Ms. McKee’s career spans decades of consultative sales regarding high-stakes testing systems and leadership of human performance measurement initiatives. She has offered assessment design and implementation expertise to Fortune 500 companies as well as to for-profit and non-profit organizations, typically for pre- and post-hire talent management, or for certification and licensure programs. Ms. McKee is particularly skilled at communicating with stakeholders, navigating challenging change initiatives, and pioneering assessment innovations. She deftly balances scientific rigor, a pragmatic approach, and respect for people while driving desired business outcomes. Ms. McKee holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She has been an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) for about 30 years and of ATP, the Institute for Credentialing Excellence, and the Certification Network Group (CNG) for the last decade. She currently serves as the CNG Board Chair.
