Dr. Amin Saiar is the Senior Director of Psychometrics at the Board of Pharmacy Specialties where he leads a seven-person team in the design, development, and evaluation of 15 certification assessments. Prior to that, Amin has worked most of his career as a psychometric consultant where he provided services and guidance directed primarily to certification and licensure programs, especially those seeking to obtain or maintain accreditation to NCCA or ISO-IEC 17024. Amin completed a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has 17 years of experience in testing and credentialing, with more than half of that time in management and leadership roles. Outside of his day job, Amin has also served as a commissioner on the NCCA and member of the Accreditation Services Council for ICE as well as certification and licensure division chair for ATP.
