Allison has vast experience providing legal support, guidance, representation and consultation to organizations from large multi-national brand name companies to institutional non-profits in pursuit of their strategic objectives in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. She specializes in privacy, data protection and AI-governance assessments and policy and program development, smart contracting assessments and negotiations, and other general corporate legal issues. Allison started her own law firm in 2022 after working in-house for Prometric for almost 10-years. She is a past member and chair of the ATP Security Committee and an active participant in ATP's International Privacy Sub-Committee.
