Alise Dabdoub is the Director of Product Innovation at Hogan Assessments where she leads the team responsible for updating and maintaining the assessments and norms. She got her PhD from the University of Oklahoma in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
