Alex Miranda is a Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP) and Certification Program Manager at the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), where he oversees exam development operations for two NCCA-accredited programs and collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and maintain exam content.

Alex has expertise in credentialing program operations, instructional design, and assessment development and validation. He is currently completing an M.A. in Learning Design & Technology at the University of Colorado Denver, where he also works as an instructional designer and teaching assistant. He is passionate about SME training and development and enjoys helping experts translate their knowledge into effective assessments.

Alex's professional interests include andragogy, critical pedagogy, and workforce development. He is committed to bridging the gap between theory and practice within the learning and assessment design space and is focused on advancing workplace education and exploring alternative credentialing pathways.
