Adam is a psychometrician that has provided consultation in examination development for many organizations over the last few years, in a variety of fields including information technology, K-12 education, and professional certification and licensure. He also has experience facilitating standard setting and item development workshops for subject matter expert groups. His psychometric interests include examinee ability estimation, mIRT methodologies, and growth modeling. Adam received his BA in Mathematics from Illinois Wesleyan University, his MS in Applied Statistics from Purdue University and his Ph.D. in Educational Measurement & Statistics from the University of Iowa.
