In this session, ETS talks about how they conceptualized their global capability center (GCC), the role Firstsource played in making it happen, and how this operating model could shape the future of their operations and potentially the testing industry in future. For an organization which has been ‘Believing in the life-changing power of learning for more than 75 years’, ETS embarked on a journey of tapping into the global workforce talent by establishing a GCC in India starting 2023. ETS had a few simple goals as they set on a mission to build a GCC: • To create a 75 year “young” organization: Transforming the legacy leader in educational testing into a global, agile, AI savvy and hungry organization. • To build a global talent but rooted to the ‘Local’ ETS Values across Assessment Operations and technology. • To create an ecosystem of innovation across test development, test administration, proctoring, scoring and psychometrics through proactive investments, dedicated innovation labs, cross team collaboration – all under one roof.
